By using Jabbok, you agree to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and AJE3 Entertainment, LLC ("Jabbok," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Jabbok application (the "App"). By creating an account, entering an access code, or otherwise using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

Jabbok is not a substitute for professional care

Jabbok is a Scripture reflection companion, not a medical service, mental health service, licensed therapy, professional pastoral counseling, crisis intervention service, or emergency service. Nothing generated by the App is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind, and no professional relationship (clinical, clergy, or otherwise) is created by using it.

If you are in crisis or immediate danger, do not use Jabbok. Contact emergency services immediately, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). We are not able to monitor conversations in real time and cannot dispatch emergency assistance on your behalf.

Understand what you're interacting with

Jabbok's responses are generated in whole or in part by third-party artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content can be incomplete, out of context, theologically imprecise, or simply wrong, even when it sounds confident or pastoral in tone.

Jabbok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any specific church, denomination, or religious authority, unless expressly stated in writing to you. Reflections offered by the App should not be treated as doctrine, an authoritative interpretation of Scripture, or a replacement for the teaching of your own faith community. Always bring significant spiritual questions to a pastor, clergy member, or trusted religious leader within your own tradition.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to rely on anything the App generates.

Who can use Jabbok

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Jabbok. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Jabbok is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. If we learn or have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or terminate it immediately and delete associated data.

Jabbok is currently offered as an invitation-only beta — access requires an approved email address and a shared access code provided to beta participants. We may change, suspend, restrict, or end beta access at any time, for any user or for the beta program as a whole, without liability to you.

Accounts and content

What you agree not to do

You agree not to:

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspending or terminating access, without prior notice.

Ownership

The App, including its name, logo, design, text, software, and underlying technology (excluding your User Content), is owned by AJE3 Entertainment, LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial personal use, subject to these Terms. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Provided "as is," during active development

Jabbok is in active beta. Features may change, break, degrade, or be removed without notice, and data loss is possible. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabbok disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any output will be accurate, complete, or theologically sound. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) Jabbok, AJE3 Entertainment, LLC, and their officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify us

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AJE3 Entertainment, LLC and its officers, employees, and licensors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for suspected violation of these Terms, suspected use by someone under 18, or discontinuation of the beta program. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution — will survive.

Arbitration agreement & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Binding arbitration. You and Jabbok agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Class action waiver. You and Jabbok agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hebron@hebronforyou.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Miscellaneous terms

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms as Jabbok evolves, especially during this beta period. If changes are material, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where practical, provide additional notice. Continued use of Jabbok after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
