This inbox is checked by our small team during regular hours — it is not monitored 24/7 and is not an emergency line. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 instead.

Tell us what's going on

Pick the option that fits best — it helps us route your message and reply faster. Submitting opens a pre-filled email in your own mail app; nothing is sent to us until you hit send there.

Please don't include sensitive information (like ID or financial account numbers) here — just enough for us to understand and follow up by email.

This opens your device's email app with your message pre-filled, addressed to hebron@hebronforyou.com. We never receive anything until you choose to send it.

Nothing happen when you clicked? Your device may not have a default email app set up — just email us directly at hebron@hebronforyou.com with the same details instead.

How do I get access to Jabbok?

Jabbok is currently an invitation-only beta, and is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Access requires an approved email address and an access code provided to beta participants. If you'd like to be considered for the beta, reach out using the form above.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can permanently delete your account and conversation history at any time from your profile settings inside the app. Deletion requests are typically fully processed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is removed.

Is Jabbok a crisis or emergency service?

No. Jabbok is a Scripture reflection companion, not emergency care, therapy, or a substitute for professional support. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency services or call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) — do not wait on a reply from this support inbox.

Jabbok said something that concerned me — what should I do?

Please tell us using the form above ("Reporting a concerning response from Jabbok"), including as much of the conversation as you can. Remember that Jabbok's responses are AI-generated and are not authoritative spiritual, medical, or crisis guidance — see our Terms of Service for more on this.

Something in the app isn't working — what should I include when I write in?

A short description of what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead is the most helpful. A screenshot, if you have one, speeds things up too.
